Gaara vs. Lee

FULL VIEW BECAUSE IT LOOKS A LOT BETTER THAT WAY!!!

EDIT:I straightened up the lines as best I could without starting over and it made it like nearly 100% better. I also re-inked some places that got covered in pencil when I was doing the black and white coloring with them so the background's detail stands out better because pencil is reflective against light so it lost a lot of detail when I scanned it before. And I'm now so happy with it I sprayed it with fixative so I can no longer mess with it.

I want to get this blown up and made a poster. It's page 27 in the 10th Naruto Manga and I saw it, fell in love with it, and spent 7 hours drawing it. After I got Gaara and Lee done and starting working on the Japanese dragon and tiger I realized just how stupid I was...I actually think my fingers are bleeding...

It turned out over all good...I had to touch up the colors and contrast to get a lot of the details back in but it still isn't the best scan in the world. It's done in pencil and sharpies both fine and regular. This was a test of my skills in drawing what I see...and I'm proud to say I still got it!

Why did I fall in love with it? One, I love Gaara...two, I have grown to be very fond of Lee, though he doesn't rank up there with Jiraiya, Gaara, and Iruka...three, the fight between them was F***ING AWESOME! And finally, look at the picture, I mean LOOK AT IT! It's just plain awesome!

I really wished I hadn't have drawn it though...that was a little too much for me to handle, but I'm persistant and when I start something I'm going to finsih it damn it or I won't be able to sleep.

Also, I don't care about what you think I could have done better or anything like that. I'm not redoing it and I like how it turned out.
